Online Counselling & Therapy

Online therapy offers a way to begin or continue therapeutic work when attending in person is not possible. It can be useful for both individuals and couples who need flexibility around location, time, or circumstance.

While we generally recommend in-person sessions where they are available — particularly for deeper, ongoing work — online therapy can still provide a meaningful space to speak, reflect, and be heard. For some, it serves as a starting point; for others, a practical alternative during periods of change or constraint.

Our therapists offer online counselling, psychotherapy & couples therapy with the same care, professionalism, and ethical standards as our in-person work, adapting the setting while keeping the focus on the person and their experience.

  • It’s important to have a good internet connection.
  • You’ll need a camera & microphone.
  • Find a comfortable and private space.
  • Earphones or headphones help.
