Feedback Policy
Clinic Structure
At the Other clinic, we view feedback not as a disruption, but as an essential part of therapeutic work.
All therapists at our clinic are independent, self-employed practitioners. While we provide a shared space and uphold a unified standard of professionalism, each therapist retains full responsibility for their own clinical practice. They are not employees or managed by the clinic, and we do not direct their therapeutic work.
How to Raise Concerns, Questions, or Suggestions
In line with the principles of psychoanalytic psychotherapy, every therapist at the clinic is committed to working reflectively and ethically. This means that feedback — whether positive, negative, difficult, or uncertain — is welcomed as a core part of the therapeutic process. We encourage patients to bring concerns directly into the work, as these moments often carry deep therapeutic value.
Feedback about the clinic’s physical environment, website, or general operation (excluding therapeutic matters) can be sent to: hello@theotherclinic.ie
