Four New Therapists – Jurata, Ashling, Sarah & Wanessa

We’re delighted to welcome four new therapists to the clinic

In recent months we’ve been joined by four new therapists at our Baggot Street location. They’ve helped us reduce our waiting times, and respond to requests for treatment much quicker. 

 

Jurata Grzymalowska

MA, BA, Cert., IACP, PSI

For most of the last decade Jurata has worked with people suffering from a diverse range of psychological distress and mental health issues, and has experience of working with people at the many different stages of life. 
 
Jurata works with couples who are experiencing issues that require psychotherapeutic assistance and works with  them towards individualised solutions.
 
She holds both a masters degree, and honours degree in psychology.
 
Jurata is a fully accredited member of the IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), and PSI (Psychological Society of Ireland).
 
 

Ashling Whelan

P. Grad. Dip, P. Grad. Dip, IACP

For over a decade Ashling has gained in-depth experience in her roles as a Psychotherapist, Relationship Counsellor, Functional Family Therapist and Child Psychotherapist.

She has worked in a number of clinical settings including Pieta House, Laya Health Care Wellbeing Support Programme, Community Projects, and Private Practice.

She holds two Post Graduate Diplomas and a bachelors degree. 

Ashling is a fully accredited Member of the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (I.A.C.P.) since 2016.
 
 

Sarah Traynor

SMT, MA, Dip, Cert, BA, APPI, ICP

Sarah is an experienced, qualified and accredited psychoanalytic psychotherapist who has worked in both private and public settings, including drug and alcohol projects, third level institutes, and psychotherapy clinics. 
 
She has completed post graduate Specific Modality Training, a masters degree in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, a diploma in addiction studies, a certificate in CBT and also an honours degree.   
 
Sarah is a fully accredited member of the Association of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in Ireland (APPI) and Irish Council of Psychotherapy (ICP). Sarah adheres to their Code of Ethics and Practice.
 
 
 

Wanessa Franco

MSc, BA, APPI, PSI 

Wanessa Franco is an accomplished psychologist, earning her degree in Psychology from Brazil in 2009 and later obtaining a Master’s degree in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from University College Dublin (UCD). 
 
Wanessa is an Associate Member of The Association for Psychoanalysis & Psychotherapy in Ireland (APPI) and a member of The Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
